Information for Vendors
The exposition will be held on the lower level of the Graduate Hotel in Iowa City. Tables are designated for each vendor.
Non-Academic Vendors:
Wednesday, October 19, 9:00-11:00 AM: Set-up at designated tables within the area.
Wednesday: Vendor Exhibition 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM
Wednesday overnight: Items can be left in the exhibition hall until Thursday morning.
Thursday, October 20, 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM: Vendor Exhibition
Thursday, October 20 at 9 PM: Exhibition tables should be cleared for Friday’s graduate fair
Vendors will overlap with Opening plenary and Sci Mix, All technical sessions on Thursday, and the Midwest awards reception and banquet
